Assistant Dean
Dean McWilliams is responsible for both the advising of students as well as the production of Precis, the Arts and Sciences Newsletter. As a part of his responsibilities, Dean McWilliams serves as a contact and conduit for information between the College of Arts and Sciences office, the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and University College. Dean McWilliams is also the coordinator for special major and minor proposals or inquiries and oversees the academic action program, which serves students having academic difficulties and with students returning from a leave of absence or suspension.
